Mrs. Good's Math Plans, Week of December 10, 2012

Depending on when absent students can get their tests made up, the unit test from Friday will be returned for corrections Wednesday or Thursday. Graded folders will be returned Tuesday. Mrs. Roffers, seventh grade counselor, will be presenting a guidance lesson in class Monday. Tuesday we will start a new unit, “Triangles and Beyond.”

Core Math:

·         Tuesday – Classwork: pages 3-4, problems 5-12. Homework: pages 6 & 7, problems 1-3 and For Further Reflection.

·         Wednesday – Classwork: triangle construction activity and worksheet; this is an adaptation of pages 8-10 in textbook. Homework: none.

·         Thursday – Classwork: pages 11-13, problems 6-12. Homework: page 15, problems 1-3, and For Further Reflection.

·         Friday – Classwork: pages 16-18, problems 1-7. Homework: none.

Math Enrichment

·         Monday – Hands-on Equations Lessons 7 & 8 due.

·         Tuesday – Hands-on Equations Lessons 9 & 10 due.

·         Wednesday – Hands-on Equations Lessons 11 & 12 due.
