Mrs. Good's Math Plans, Week of March 4, 2013

Core Math – We are finishing the unit “Functions and Patterns” with a test and folder collection on Tuesday.

·         Monday – review game. Unit review due.

·         Tuesday – unit folder due. Unit test.

·         Wednesday – Classwork: start new unit in textbook “Dealing with Data”. Pages 1-5, problems 1-6. Students should have an empty folder to keep work in. Homework: none.

·         Thursday – Classwork: Pages 6-8, problems 7-10. Homework: none.

·         Friday – no school for students.

Math Exploratory – We are continuing our Hands-on Equations unit. Each day we will do two new lessons to be turned in the next day.

·         Monday – Hands-on Equations Quiz.

·         Tuesday-Thursday – work on various math and art projects. One project of the students choosing due Thursday.

·         Friday – no school for students.
